Pyohex Starter Pack is a combo pack consisting of 250ml Pyohex Shampoo & 100ml Pyohex Conditioner. It is designed to treat Staphylococcal (Bacterial) skin infections in canines. Bacterial skin infections can be troublesome and irritating for dogs, as it causes pimples, redness, and moist areas on skin called āhot spotsā.
This topical anti-bacterial shampoo and leave on conditioner consists of an effective active ingredient called Chlorhexidine gluconate, which has a broad spectrum antibacterial activity against most of the bacteria. Chlorhexidine gluconate binds to the hair and removes in-situ bacteria.
Some of the causes of bacterial infection:
- Allergy from pollen, grass, food etc.
- Parasitic infections
- Hormonal or Endocrinal problems
Directions
- Apply the shampoo to the wet coat, so that it lathers up nicely.
- For optimal efficacy, leave it on for 10 minutes and then rinse.
- Once rinsed, roughly apply the conditioner to the damp coat and then give your dog a nice rub, so that the conditioner is distributed thoroughly.
